Programme Summary:

The 2012 Cheltenham Jazz Festival  bringing world-class musical talent to the UK. The festival is one of the most diverse and forward thinking festivals in the country showcasing music from superstar performers, jazz legends and contemporary musicians.

Following Jamie Cullum’s incredible sell-out performance last year, he returns this year in the role of Guest Director.

British Bluesman Matt Schofield is widely regarded as one of the most distinctive and innovative guitarists to have emerged on the world scene for several generations. He is rated in the top ten British blues guitarists of all time (Guitar & Bass Magazine) putting him in the company of such iconic names as Eric Clapton and Peter Green.

Miss 600 Described by Radio DJ Chris Evans as 'just brilliant', jazz-tinged pop performers Miss 600 were discovered by James Morrison while playing an acoustic set in Derby and are hotly tipped for stardom
